WHAT'S NEXT?
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you have made the most important decision of your life! You need to keep moving forward in your relationship with the Lord by taking these four steps to grow spiritually:
1. The Bible
Daily time spent reading the Bible. The Word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword, able to pierce even to the division of spirit and soul and joint and marrow. God will reward you for your time spent learning from Him through reading the Bible: He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
2. Prayer
Talk to God! He is available 24/7, no busy tone, no answering machine. He wants to hear from you and speak to you through prayer.
3. Fellowship with Believers
Do not forsake the fellowship of the brethren. Gathering together in small groups or larger groups at church, the Lord will strengthen you and provide you with a strong support group through the body of Christ.
4. Share Your Faith
Jesus said in Acts 1:8: "You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Your relationship with Christ is strengthened when you reach out to others in love and share how Christ has changed your life.
